About the Role
As a Graduate Security Consultant / Penetration Tester, you’ll play a key role in helping clients identify, manage, and reduce security risks. You’ll work closely with experienced security consultants, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide range of security assessments and receiving tailored mentorship and training. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop deep technical expertise while contributing to high-impact cybersecurity projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans across systems, networks, and applications
- Support penetration testing engagements to identify and exploit vulnerabilities
- Analyse risks and provide clear, practical security recommendations
- Assist clients with compliance and relevant security standards
- Produce detailed technical reports and documentation
- Present findings in a clear, approachable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to incident response activities when required
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM or Cyber Security) from a Russell Group University
- Strong understanding of technology and a genuine interest in cybersecurity
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
