New Business Development Manager / Cyber Security Sales Executive – Remote Role

Monthly sales meeting in Birmingham. Excellent Basic + OTE £80k‑£120k.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Microsoft security technologies, solutions and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
• Utilize the company’s CRM system to manage leads, opportunities and pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximise campaign success and lead generation.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, benefiting from an amazing bonus structure.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft’s evolving security stack and industry trends.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in cyber‑security sales, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies or modern workplace solutions.
• Excellent relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and consultative selling approaches.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ambition to progress into a Sales Director role.
