About This Role
We are on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to support the development of our marketing collateral and core product design. The perfect candidate will thrive on creative challenges and enjoy taking full creative ownership of their work.
You must be ambitious and keen to expand your digital portfolio of work across multiple communication channels. You must be a good team worker and a genuine interest in sports and gambling will be ideal to contribute towards our creative development.
This exciting, central London based role will be varied day to day, and you will be responsible for graphic design within the business, including CRM creatives, social media assets, product mock-ups and prototypes.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in producing high-quality visual content across all areas of the business, including digital and (occasional) print work
  • Work closely with the business to develop concepts and ideas across all visual outputs
  • Creative thinking and relevant knowledge of current trends in the sports and gambling industry
  • Development of existing style sheets and brand guidelines
  • Create content tailored to our B2C guidelines, including emails, short animations and web banners
  • Manage the collection and sign-off of content from internal stakeholders across the business

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in design and design principles
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a small team
  • Ability to take a rough brief and ask the necessary questions to deliver
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple parallel projects, switching as priorities change
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to take pride in your work
  • Willingness to learn new tools and approaches
  • Strong English language, Ability to check spelling and spot typos
  • Ability to work with vector design tools
  • Ability to work creatively with stock imagery
  • Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
  • Examples of design and creative work

The following would be an advantage but not required:

  • Experience working with or developing brand guidelines
  • Experience working with Figma (Our primary design tool) or similar online design tools
  • Experience with Blender or other 3D design tools
  • Experience with motion graphics design, such as DaVinci Resolve Fusion or Adobe After Effects
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • An understanding of web design, especially CSS
  • Experience with Product design principles as well as UI/UX
  • Knowledge of or experience with designing for sports (Football, horse racing, NFL, NBA) or sports betting
