About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to manage our busy Halton House Dental Clinic based in Paulton, Bristol, which treats both NHS and private patients!

Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hrs per week

About You

You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering \”excellence\”, in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.

The main duties will include

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans – focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region / cross region and celebrate success within the practice
