Our brand-new Care Centre has now launched and we are seeking a Call Centre Manager! This is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue building a new department, make data-led strategic decisions and lead our care centre team. This is a pivotal role within Colosseum Dental, and we need someone passionate about data, AI systems and sales, as well as delivering exceptional patient care, driving commercial success, and building a high-performing, positive culture.

This is a new role that blends data-led decision making, operational excellence, visionary leadership, and commercial acumen! You will also manage 4 x regional Team Leaders. We are looking for someone who is all about data, has AI systems experience, sales experience and is also great with people and excited about introducing new technology to enhance our patient experience and drive results.

This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home as well as travel to regional dental clinics. Our Care Centre will be open 7-days per week and will require flexible working across 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Sunday.
