This is a 4 surgery, modern practice offering general dentistry and hygiene as well as clear aligners, implants, perio and cosmetic dentistry and you will be overseeing a team of 15.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 16:00 - 30 hours per week

About You: You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. Candidates with Lead Nurse experience or experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.
The main duties will include:
- Work closely with the Manager with budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
- Assisting with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
- Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
