We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Advisor to join our brand new Care Centre to be based out of our busy Portland Street Dental Clinic, Aberystwyth on a fixed term contract until end of September. This is a practice based role with flexibility for hybrid working after passing probation.

We are seeking Welsh speaking candidates who have a passion for customer service, ideally with a dentistry or medical background. As a Call Centre Advisor within our Care Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to improve lives, providing exceptional service and support to patients over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact, using your professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness to ensure every patient feels supported and confident throughout their journey with Colosseum Dental UK.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 17:30

About You:
