Our Integration Manager role is high profile and influential within our M&A team, responsible for ensuring that newly acquired dental practices are successfully and smoothly integrated into the Colosseum family. Acting as the key bridge between incoming teams and our wider organisation, you will guide practice staff through new systems, processes and ways of working, helping them feel supported and confident throughout the transition.

The role is dynamic and hands-on, requiring regular travel and occasional overnight stays, as well as flexibility to deliver training outside of normal practice hours. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships and take pride in shaping a positive onboarding experience, this role offers the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact across our growing group.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Leading the seamless integration of newly acquired dental practices into the Colosseum Dental family alongside our Senior Integration Manager.
• Acting as the central link between incoming practice teams and our wider organisation
• Guiding teams through new systems, processes, policies and ways of working
• Delivering training and onboarding to ensure staff feel supported, confident and set up for success
• Collaborating closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth, timely integrations
• Travelling regularly to practices across the region, including occasional overnight stays

About you

Our ideal candidate will have a positive and ambitious mindset. Experience in a similar role in Practice or Integration role is desirable, however the hunger to learn in a fast pace, high performing team with a positive attitude is the key requirement of this role.
