Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at our practice in Waterlooville. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations at the reception. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate patient records, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our practice. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and Receptionist duties to manage bookings and maintain a welcoming and organised front desk
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience in a dental or medical setting is a plus but not required
