Our brand-new Care Centre has launched and we are seeking a Call Centre Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to continue building a new department, make data-led strategic decisions, and lead our care centre team. This is a pivotal role within Colosseum Dental, and we need someone passionate about data, AI systems and sales, as well as delivering exceptional patient care, driving commercial success, and building a high-performing, positive culture. This is a flexible hybrid role with some days at home and travel to regional dental clinics. The Care Centre will be open 7 days a week and requires flexible working across 08:00 – 20:00, Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Blend data-led decision making with operational excellence and visionary leadership.
- Manage 4 regional Team Leaders and lead the care centre team to deliver exceptional patient care and commercial results.
- Introduce new technology to enhance the patient experience and drive results.
About You

- Sales experience with proven success in driving revenue growth and overall business performance.

- Call centre managerial experience.
- A dental background would be beneficial.
