Our brand-new Care Centre has now launched and we are seeking a Call Centre Manager! This is a fab new opportunity for a Regional Manager or Practice Manager to continue building a new department, make data‑lead strategic decisions and lead our care centre team. This is a pivotal role within Colosseum Dental, and we need someone passionate about dentistry, data, AI systems and sales, as well as delivering exceptional patient care, driving commercial success, and building a high‑performing, positive culture. This role blends data‑lead decision making, operational excellence, visionary leadership, and commercial acumen. You will also manage 4 × regional Team Leaders. The role is a flexible hybrid, with days worked at home and travel to regional dental clinics. Our Care Centre will be open 7‑days per week and will require flexible working across 08:00–20:00, Monday to Sunday.

  • A dental background
  • Are data driven
  • Experience with systems and the ability to leverage data and insights to boost results
  • Sales experience and proven success in driving revenue growth and business performance
  • Experience in coaching, training, and onboarding dynamic teams
  • A background in team leadership and operational management
  • Call centre managerial experience
