Colosseum Dental UK is seeking a part-time Call Centre Advisor to join our Care Centre in Leicester. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls with professionalism, empathy and clear guidance to ensure a positive patient journey.
Hours are fixed: Mon, Tue, Wed 11:00–20:00, and Thu 08:00–17:00. Prior dental reception or dental nursing experience is essential, and familiarity with Dentally is preferred to support efficient scheduling.
