We are seeking a part time Call Centre Advisor to join our Care Centre! Hours - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 11:00 - 20:00 and Thursday - 08:00 - 17:00 As a Call Centre Advisor within our Care Centre, you'll be at the heart of our mission to improve lives, providing exceptional service and support to patients over the phone. You'll be the first point of contact, using your professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness to ensure every patient feels supported and confident throughout their journey with Colosseum Dental UK.
Experience of dental reception or dental nursing is essential and use of Dentally is preferable. If you embody our core values of Care, Collaboration, and Entrepreneurship, are passionate about elevating patient experiences and have excellent communication skills, this is the role for you!,
