We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator to join our busy Totton Dental Clinic, Southampton. This well-established, modern practice offers general dentistry and hygiene, as well as cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign to NHS and private patients. The practice also has a fantastic, longstanding team and offers free onsite parking.

Your role within the reception area will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health. As a Patient Coordinator you will carry out reception duties and collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities within reception to grow the practice’s potential. You will have right to work within the UK and be committed to maintaining the highest standards within both your role and the practice. A DBS will also be required.
