We have an exciting opportunity for a dual-site Practice Manager to manage our fantastic London Dental Clinics in Earls Court and Hammersmith. The practices offer a range of services including sedation, implants, ortho, clear braces, facial aesthetics and hygiene and you will be managing a team of approx. 24, across our 3 x practices with up to 10 surgeries. Dental experience would be ideal, but we welcome applications from those seeking a new challenge along with experience of successfully leading, mentoring and developing teams to meet and exceed targets!

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About You

You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.

The main duties will include:

  • Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L.
  • An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans.
  • Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives.
  • You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice.
