We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator to join our busy reception at our Norwood Dental Clinic. This 5 surgery practice offers general dentistry and hygiene to NHS and private patients and has a fantastic, longstanding team and is close to Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations.
Your role will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health.
As a Patient Coordinator you will collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of the reception area including patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice’s potential.
