We are seeking a Call Centre Advisor to join our new Care Centre! As a Call Centre Advisor within our Care Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to improve lives, providing exceptional service and support to patients over the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact, using your professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness to ensure every patient feels supported and confident throughout their journey with Colosseum Dental UK.

If you have dental reception or nursing experience and have used Dentally, we want to hear from you! Previous call centre experience would be great too and if you embody our core values of Care, Collaboration, and Entrepreneurship, are passionate about elevating patient experiences and have excellent communication skills, this is the role for you!

This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home and as required at a fixed Colosseum Dental location. 40 hours per week - Our Care Centre is open 7-days per week, 8am - 8pm with shorter hours on weekends, therefore flexible working is required as your shifts will change week to week.
