We are at an exciting stage in our growth and have a newly created opportunity for a Marketing Campaign & Content Manager to join us on this journey! You will be the creative heartbeat of our campaign, content and practice-support ecosystem, responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns that support our practices, strengthen our brand, grow our portfolio and help drive patient growth across the business.

You will lead our social media strategy, oversee content creation, manage SEO and PPC activity, co-ordinate media planning/advertising, support the successful onboarding of newly acquired clinics and work collaboratively to ensure campaigns are joined-up, effective and aligned with our wider business objectives. You will also oversee the daily operations of our brand-level and regional marketing activity; balancing creative storytelling and compelling content with commercial rigour and meticulous planning.

You will have the freedom to build something from the ground up in this new role, as we create a marketing function that combines strategic and creative thinking with practical support for our practices, providing easy access to high-quality marketing expertise when needed and you’ll be key to shaping how that works.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About You

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is commercially minded, creatively confident, comfortable taking ownership, enjoys moving between strategic planning and hands-on delivery, brings ideas, enjoys solving problems and is motivated by seeing their work make a tangible difference and will thrive in a non-hierarchical, friendly, high-functioning environment.

  • 5+ yrs experience in a marketing role, ideally within clinical, healthcare or dental sector
  • Strong, proven social media strategy expertise, content creation & community management across multiple platforms
  • Excited about technology and opportunities and potential it can create for marketers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good commercial acumen, recognise growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Confident content creator with excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Comfortable creating and appearing in video content and helping others to do the same
  • Solid working knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools and platforms (Google Ads, PPC, SEO, CMS, analytics)
  • A good eye for design; ideally with an ability to use Canva or other design software (we have a designer, but basic design abilities would be an advantage)
  • Good analytical skills and ability to use data to inform strategy, measure performance and drive optimisation
  • Excellent project management workflow skills and ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong creative thinking, confidence to innovate, test new ideas and push boundaries
  • Excellent people skills, able to collaborate, influence and motivate others at all levels
  • Enthusiastic and fast paced and able to maintain quality and attention to detail
  • Hybrid role and prepared to travel to practices across the UK and attend company events
  • French language skills would be advantageous but not essential

The main duties will include:

  • Executing and evolving our marketing campaigns, driving engaging content creation, managing practice marketing support and building the infrastructure and systems that enable efficient campaign delivery across the organisation:
  • Social Media Strategy & Content Management (including channel & engagement growth)
  • SEO (alongside our agency)
  • Overall Digital Presence
  • Practice Acquisition Integrations - building brand/marketing infrastructure for clinics, aligned with growth objectives
  • Practice Marketing Support (across all channels, typically patient acquisition)
  • Media Planning, Buying and Delivery
  • Event Management & Delivery
  • Line-manage and Mentor Marketing Executive (shared report)
  • Website Management (CMS – shared ownership)
