We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join the team and manage our Cambourne Dental Clinic! This is a 5 surgery NHS and private practice offering general dentistry, hygiene, implants, clear aligners and endodontics and you will be managing a team of 23.

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 - 17:30

About You: You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering 'excellence', in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.

Main duties will include:

  • Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
  • An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
  • Build and sustain close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
  • You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice
