The Global QA Coordinator is an entry‑level role responsible for the administration, coordination, and maintenance of quality data and related documentation. The role primarily supports the Functional Packaging SBU requirements and also assists the existing Global QA Coordinators. It ensures master data, controlled documents, supplier documentation, and quality records are accurately maintained, readily accessible, and compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain Functional Packaging master data in Oracle to support accurate system set‑ups.
  • Coordinate Functional Packaging master data across SAP and Oracle to ensure system alignment and data accuracy.
  • Support the Global Change Control process from a documentation and records perspective.
  • Implement changes to the Master items, global specifications, or Approved supplier list as defined in approved change requests.
  • Support the coordination, maintenance, and control of global controlled and uncontrolled quality documents within the document management system (e.g. M‑Files).
  • Support the maintenance of quality‑related data and documentation accuracy.
  • Assist with coordination of document translations using approved translation tools (e.g. DeepL), including tracking of requests and version control.
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of approved supplier documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs to ensure traceability of document changes and approvals.
  • Support with reviewing compendial monograph reviews.
  • Provide general administrative support activities for the Global Quality team, as assigned.

Main Duties

  • Day‑to‑day administration of Functional Packaging master data and quality set‑ups in the Oracle and SAP.
  • Coordination and administration of approved supplier list.
  • Coordination and administration of Global Change Controls.
  • Input/update Quality Module specifications for new and existing raw materials & coordinate the approval process.
  • Assist with the review of compendial updates and amendment of affected raw material specifications.
  • Day‑to‑day administration of quality documents within the document management system.
  • Support document reviews by issuing documents for review and tracking feedback and approvals.
  • Maintain document trackers, logs, and metadata to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Support coordination of supplier‑related quality documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Respond to document‑related queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Complete additional administrative or quality support tasks as agreed with the Associate Director – Global Supplier Quality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in Chemistry, Quality, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective organisational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage routine administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn quality systems, document control processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous administrative or office‑based experience is desirable but not essential.
