Are you passionate about shaping meaningful partnerships with the local NHS organisation? We are seeking a Local Payer Engagement Manager to bring Coloplast’s value proposition to life with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) across the UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of insight, strategy and storytelling, helping position Coloplast as a valued partner in delivering efficient, outcome‑focused care.

The Role

As Local Payer Engagement Manager, you will activate and localise Coloplast’s payer value proposition, building tailored engagement strategies aligned to ICB priorities such as pathway redesign, outcomes improvement and system sustainability. You will develop deep insight into local commissioning landscapes, segment payers, and design targeted campaigns that resonate with decision‑makers. Working closely with Strategic Sales, Marketing, Clinical and Payers & Evidence teams, you will lead the creation of local payer‑focused campaigns and strengthen Coloplast’s presence at key local and national forums, and provide critical payer insight to support tenders and service proposals.

Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a confident communicator and relationship‑builder with strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable translating complex clinical, economic and operational data into clear, compelling messages tailored to local payer audiences. Experience developing engagement campaigns, communication materials or marketing tools is essential, alongside the ability to build credibility with senior NHS stakeholders. Experience within payer engagement, commissioning, market access or wider NHS commercial roles is advantageous, but we value curiosity, strategic thinking and the ability to influence just as highly.

EEO & Inclusion Statement

Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
