We have recently transitioned into the Coloplast UK organisation, and we are looking for an exceptional Finance leader who can help us elevate our performance.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the next phase of a high‑performing business unit that is already setting the standard for airway management across the UK.

The Role

We are seeking a Head of Finance and Commercial Excellence to lead our recently integrated function. Based in Nottingham and responsible for a team of approximately 16 people, you will deliver high‑quality financial and performance insights while ensuring adherence to strong accounting practices. Collaboration and transparency in financial reporting with our Finance teams in Sweden and Denmark will be essential. This role leads the UK Finance & Business Support functions, driving commercial excellence and providing the commercial insight needed to influence revenue growth and strategic decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the UK business strategy, leading annual planning and forecasting, and partner closely with the UK Leadership Team to deliver priorities and maintain strong engagement. You’ll ensure robust financial control, oversee business support operations, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The role also owns performance management, delivers high‑quality management information, and builds a high‑performing Finance & Commercial Excellence team to support future growth.

Who Are We Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially minded, forward‑thinking finance leader with proven senior finance leadership experience and the ability to influence and challenge at every level. You excel in fast‑paced environments, bring strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, and communicate with clarity to both financial and non‑financial audiences. You’re highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and known for exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly, you combine strategic thinking with a continuous improvement mindset, driving better processes, stronger performance, and meaningful business impact.
