At Coloplast, we’re seeking a dynamic National Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth in our Advanced Wound Dressings (AWD) division. This is a high-impact role focused on commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and securing major business opportunities.

About the Role

As National Commercial Manager, you’ll take ownership of our commercial strategy across the UK. You’ll lead negotiations and build long-term relationships. This is a field based role with a national remit and as such there will be a balance of desk working and travelling throughout the UK. You should expect to be in the Peterborough office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic commercial leadership across the AWD division
  • Identify growth opportunities and build compelling commercial offerings
  • Lead negotiations and secure agreements and partnerships
  • Collaborate with procurement services and trade partners
  • Shape and write tenders to win competitive business
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
