As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business strategies with the evolving NHS landscape. Your primary focus will be on driving market access for Coloplast brands and services in Chronic Care and enhancing patient access to high-quality care.

The Role In this role, you will work to identify impactful projects for business development and lead service redesign and pathway development initiatives, utilising business cases for effective change. You will ensure market access for all Coloplast products across the region, overcoming funding and service provision challenges within the NHS. Additionally, you will prepare the region and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) for market access activities related to current and pipeline products in Chronic Care. Developing local care standards and patient pathways for Coloplast products, while cultivating strong relationships with ICS stakeholders and identifying new NHS stakeholders for sustainable partnerships, will be key responsibilities. Engaging with wider system stakeholders, such as the APC, AHSN, and local authorities, will enhance Coloplast's presence, while leveraging provider and payer support will help influence formularies and facilitate community projects.
Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of NHS landscape policy and have experience working with NHS bodies in a payer environment. You should have in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, reimbursement, competitors, legislation, and service redesign, along with key account management experience involving payors and strategic decision-makers. Excellent negotiation and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to analyse and interpret data for business cases. A proven track record in building trust and credibility with stakeholders, coupled with effective communication and influencing skills, will be crucial. You should demonstrate commercial acumen, creativity in problem-solving, and the agility to adapt to changes. A full driving license is required.
