Ideally, you will reside in Northern Ireland; however, as this role requires regular travel into ROI, typically 40% of your time, you must be confident navigating a broad geography and two different healthcare systems while maintaining strong customer relationships.
The Role â In this role you'll drive sales growth, market development, and clinical advocacy for our intermittent catheterisation portfolio delivering product demonstrations, influencing prescribing behaviours, and partnering with specialist nurses, procurement teams, and key decisionâmakers across hospitals and community care. You'll work closely with the Country Manager, Marketing, Clinical and Service Delivery teams, and will play a crucial role in ensuring patients can access bestâinâclass continence care solutions.
You'll be responsible for delivering revenue and market share growth, identifying new opportunities across both healthcare systems, executing territory plans, and representing Coloplast at educational events and conferences. Most of your focus will be on intermittent catheterisation products including a highly differentiated, clinically evidenced solution that provides a strong platform for commercial success alongside some work with collective devices. You'll manage your territory autonomously, work closely with crossâfunctional colleagues, maintain highâquality CRM reporting, stay up to date with clinical guidelines, and ensure ethical, customerâfocused partnership selling.
Who are we looking for? We're looking for a confident, proactive, and ambitious individual with strong sales capability, whether from healthcare or another competitive commercial environment. You'll thrive on building relationships, influencing decisionâmakers, and translating clinical insight into compelling reasons to choose Coloplast. You should be comfortable working independently, resilient in the face of challenge, credible with clinicians, and motivated by understanding customer needs and finding solutions. A full driving licence and willingness to travel frequently, including regular overnights, is essential.
Why Coloplast? At Coloplast, you'll join a supportive, collaborative team with a strong peopleâfocused culture. Our sales, clinical, marketing, and education teams work closely together to help you succeed, backed by marketâleading products, robust clinical evidence, and a clear commitment to improving patient lives. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented sales professional to step into a territory with real impact, strong foundations, and huge potential for growth. If you're ambitious, customerâfocused, and ready for a role with purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because â and not despite â of their differences.
