We are looking for an experienced Nurse with relevant clinical expertise and a passion, drive, and commitment to develop and deliver community services. This part‐time role (3–4 days per week) will be based in Northern Ireland, with an expectation of running regular clinics in our Belfast office. The service will cover stoma care, bowel care, and intermittent self‐catheterisation (ISC). No previous experience in these areas is required (but is desirable), as full training will be provided.

We are looking for a Nurse who can work as an independent practitioner who is self‐motivated and has a winning mindset. They need to be a strategic thinker who wants to build on their commercial awareness and skill and who has the confidence and courage to challenge.

The Role
  • Deliver professional and ethical care to patients
  • Support the patient pathway from hospital to home, providing home visits and community clinics
  • Effectively and efficiently plan, manage, and organise caseload and time
  • Communicate effectively and provide feedback to patients / carers and referring Healthcare professionals
  • Undertake an Appliance Use Review (AUR) where appropriate as per company and DoH Guidelines
  • Maintain clinical records in accordance with Company, Legal and Professional requirements
  • Instigate working practices to ensure collaborative working between different stakeholders e.g., acute and community health care teams
  • Generate and maintain effective working relationships with health care professionals across the Region
  • Deliver educational support to fellow health care professionals
  • Undertake service audit/evaluation activities
