Coloplast is seeking a Healthcare Partnership Manager to join our Wound Care Division. This is a unique opportunity to work strategically within the NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to embed Coloplast’s innovative products and services while driving sales and account growth.

Your Role: As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of building partnerships that align with NHS objectives and improve patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling the Coloplast Wound Care Total Value Proposition – encompassing products, ONPOS, education, and services to NHS leaders at all levels.
  • Developing creative strategies to influence accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable sales.
  • Building strong relationships with NHS specialists, senior clinicians, ICS leaders, and procurement professionals.
  • Staying informed about the evolving NHS landscape to craft proposals that align with national objectives.
  • Championing ONPOS (non-prescription accounts) by managing existing accounts and ensuring sustainable service use.
  • Collaborating with Territory Managers to grow Key Accounts and formulary listings.
  • Identifying and developing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and product advocates.
  • Leading monthly business reviews and delivering on agreed actions to achieve strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for a strategic and commercially minded professional with:

  • Proven experience working with NHS organisations, ICBs, provider collaboratives and primary care networks.
  • Knowledge of NHS financial flows and key account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A passion for innovation in healthcare and a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Wound Care environment (preferred but not essential).
  • A valid driving license.
