We’re looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our Inbound Customer Care team in Nottingham. In this role, you’ll be a vital first point of contact, supporting patients and clinicians with empathy, efficiency, and attention to detail across a variety of enquiries.

The RoleIn this fast-paced, telephone-based role, you’ll deliver a consistently high standard of service by responding to inbound calls, emails, texts, and online enquiries. You’ll support patients throughout their journey—placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues in line with service level agreements—while also identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to overall team performance.
Collaboration is key, and you’ll regularly work with cross-functional teams, including field-based colleagues and clinicians, to ensure a seamless experience. You’ll maintain accurate records, handle sensitive information with care, and continuously develop your knowledge of products and services to provide the best possible support.
Who Are We Looking ForWe’re seeking someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll be an empathetic communicator, confident handling sensitive conversations, and able to build rapport with a wide range of people.
Highly organised and detail-focused, you’ll be comfortable multitasking and using multiple systems, ideally with experience in CRM tools. A positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset is essential, as no two interactions are the same.
Experience within a contact centre or medical/pharmaceutical environment would be beneficial, but most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to supporting patients.
