We're looking for an experienced Clinical Educator to join our growing Clinical Education team. The Role
As a Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, evidence-based education and clinical training across your territory. Working closely with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers and internal teams, you will help promote clinical best practice and support the safe and effective adoption of Atos Medical products and services. This is a highly collaborative role where no two days are the same. You'll partner with Territory Sales Managers, Field Nurses, Marketing and Product Development teams, acting as a trusted clinical expert and ambassador for Atos Medical. Whether you're delivering training sessions, speaking at educational events, building relationships with key stakeholders or contributing to innovative clinical initiatives, you'll have a direct impact on patient outcomes and customer experience.
Who Are We Looking For
We're looking for a confident and passionate healthcare professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, inspiring others and making a genuine difference. You'll be a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Speech and Language Therapist with at least five years' experience in direct tracheostomy care and a strong understanding of current clinical practice, evidence and emerging trends within the field. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can engage and influence a variety of audiences, from individual clinicians to large multidisciplinary groups. You'll be highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently, while also thriving as part of a supportive and collaborative team. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, curiosity and a positive mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for improving patient care.
