This role is ideal for someone with early Market Access, health economics, NHS, or related experience who is ready to take the next step and broaden their impact across national access strategy, value communication and payer engagement.

The Role

As an Associate Market Access Manager, you will support the development and delivery of national market access strategies across our Chronic Care portfolio. Working closely with Market Access Managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to ensuring our products and services are optimally positioned within clinical pathways and accessible to patients. In this role, you will support the development and execution of national market access plans aligned to our UK & Ireland business priorities, while contributing to the implementation of market access programmes in collaboration with Marketing, Evidence, Government Affairs, and Global teams.

You will help develop and maintain value propositions, tools and messaging using clinical and economic evidence, working closely with the Evidence team to translate data into clear, compelling materials for payer audiences. You will support reimbursement submissions and help define appropriate funding pathways, as well as assist in developing strategies to overcome local NHS access barriers and drive market expansion. You will also work closely with the field and marketing teams to ensure alignment between national and local access plans, contribute to clinical pathway mapping and product positioning, and support with the creation and maintenance of payer stakeholder maps and engagement plans. In addition, you will provide input into pricing strategy considerations and help identify payer unmet needs across our portfolio. Alongside this, you will manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring delivery to a high standard, on time, and in line with internal and external stakeholder expectations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-starting, collaborative individual who has a proactive approach. You may bring experience in Market Access, Health Economics, NHS engagement, or a related role within MedTech, pharma, or healthcare. A foundational understanding of NHS structures, funding flows, and payer decision-making will be important, alongside the ability to interpret clinical and economic evidence and translate it into meaningful value messages. Strong numerical and critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting cross-functional projects will set you up for success. You’ll thrive in this role if you are highly organised, with strong project coordination skills, a confident, effective communicator, and a collaborative team player who has the patient at the heart of all that you do.
