About CoLoop: AI Qualitative Analysis tool for Insights & Strategy teams. At CoLoop, we're on a mission to make every company in the world as customer-obsessed as Amazon. We do this by giving teams immediate, intuitive access to the knowledge they need to make better decisions, faster. We automate content analysis and knowledge management, delivering a 70% reduction in time and cost for market research. We're used by 250+ leading agencies and research teams globally including Nike, Amazon, P&G, and Netflix. We're a profitable, multi-million ARR company with a team of 18 based in central London, with $5M raised to date and growing fast.
The Role: We're hiring our first Growth & RevOps Engineer to design and implement the technical solutions that accelerate CoLoop's commercial growth. You'll work closely with our Head of Growth and the Commercial team to identify high-leverage opportunities across the funnel and deliver improvements that drive both revenue and user acquisition. This role blends engineering, data, experimentation, and strategy. You'll design, build, and run growth experiments end-to-end — from idea generation to rapid prototyping, measurement, and scaling the wins. You'll build a fast, high-converting website, develop test rigs and experimentation frameworks, and use data to evaluate and improve our key commercial metrics. Beyond experimentation, you'll also own and optimize the entire commercial systems stack — designing the integrations, automations, and workflows that power our GTM motion end-to-end. You'll ensure systems and data flow seamlessly, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to operate faster, smarter, and with clearer insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Website: Own and build a fast, beautiful, high-converting website - writing code, shipping updates, and driving continuous performance optimisation. Implement and analyse A/B tests and other growth experiments to improve conversion, SEO, and overall user experience.
- Experimentation & Growth Optimization: Design and strategise growth experiments with the Head of Growth and Commercial team. Rapidly implement test rigs and prototypes to evaluate experiments quickly and effectively. Collaborate with commercial teams to run and measure experiments across the funnel. Optimise user flows and interfaces to improve conversion and onboarding. Use data-driven insights to inform prioritisation and forecasting.
- Systems & Tooling: Own and optimize the commercial systems stack across sales, marketing, and customer success. Design, maintain, and monitor integrations and workflows that connect data and automate key GTM processes (e.g., lead routing, enrichment, lifecycle transitions). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that impact commercial operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
- Data & Insights: Design and maintain data architecture and tracking frameworks across digital channels. Build automated dashboards and data pipelines linking product usage, funnel, and revenue metrics. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems. Create reports on key commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention) to guide strategy and forecasting. Translate analytics into actionable insights that inform go-to-market decisions. Measure and interpret the impact of experiments to understand what truly drives growth.
Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years in growth engineering, RevOps, or technical GTM / Growth roles at B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven record of improving conversion rates through technical optimisation.
- Strong SQL, data analytics and reporting skills.
- Experience managing integrations between CRM, billing, and analytics systems.
Technical Skills
- Strong in TypeScript, SQL, Svelte/SvelteKit, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PostHog, GA4, Tag Manager).
- Experience with CRMs (e.g. Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Web/CMS platforms (e.g Framer, Webflow).
- Understanding of web performance optimisation, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
- Hands‐on experience with payment systems integration (e.g. Stripe).
- Skilled in data pipelines, integrations, and workflow automation (e.g. Zapier, scripting).
- (Nice to have) Understanding of UX/UI principles or design tools for front‐end optimisation.
Technical Environment
- Frontend: Svelte, SvelteKit, Tailwind CSS, CSS animations, TypeScript.
- Database & Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL), SQL for reporting.
- Analytics: PostHog (primary), GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels & event tracking.
- Commercial Tools: Attio (CRM), Stripe (billing).
- Infrastructure: Railway, Supabase.
Valuable Additional Experience
- Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of HogQL or similar analytics query languages.
- Previous work with usage‐based billing systems.
What We Love to See in Candidates
- Organised and methodical - You bring structure to ambiguity, break complex problems into clear steps, prioritise effectively, and keep experiments, data, and workflows clean even when moving fast.
- You're commercially minded and enjoy implementing and testing technical solutions to improve business performance.
- You have a scientific approach to your work and understand the importance of good data and experimental validation.
- You have an eye for design and have built aesthetic marketing websites or front ends before.
- You have the emotional resilience to tolerate endless failed growth experiments without losing enthusiasm.
- You have a strong grasp of statistics and data wrangling, you're statistically literate and like hanging out in product dashboards thinking of ways to make the numbers move.
- You are extremely creative and not afraid to try new or controversial things.
- You require little guidance or motivation to just go and try something out.
- You might like to tinker with technology and build things on the side.
Things We're Not Looking For
- Specialists – you have a specific and focused skillset on a particular part of the stack, language or technology that you want to double down on.
- Perfectionists – you like to ensure extremely high levels of rigour and quality before releasing something.
- Risk Averse – you don't have a low tolerance for repeated failure.
- Functionality without design – you build really great systems but aren't so good at crafting delightful interfaces or landing pages.
The Opportunity
- You work directly with the founders and founding team on a daily basis — founders who pivoted away from a 7-figure business because the opportunity wasn't big enough.
- You board a fast-paced ride and live through our scaling phase from a team of 11 to >25 in the coming 12 months.
- You'll have genuine autonomy and the time to research, test, and implement the most effective solutions that will drive revenue and growth.
- You are rewarded with above market comp + equity in a YC startup that's at the very beginning of its revenue curve.
- You receive a generous workspace allowance and monthly expense account on anything you think will boost the business (our expense policy = do what's in CoLoop's best interest).
- You become part of a community of the best technologists in London. One of the Co-Founders lives at the London Founder House. They regularly host dinners, hackathons and other events with top tech talent.
- You'll work in a highly valuable problem space serving customers like Nike, Amazon, Netflix, and P&G.
