About CoLoop

At CoLoop we help companies understand their customers and make better decisions. We do this by helping insight teams connect their vendors and research tools in one repository and enable anyone in the company to answer questions about customers using AI.

At CoLoop we believe that a small high performing team with the right mindset and tools can outperform an average team of 100. We’re looking for an exceptional, self motivated SDR with ambitions to fast track their way to being a top performing AE and is excited by the prospect of using AI to help the most globally significant brands today inform their strategic decision making.

In the last year we have:

  • Doubled revenue to multi-million ARR
  • Land contracts with Nike, Netflix and Mozilla
  • Grown to a team of 15

What will you be working on?

As our 3rd sales hire you will be working on prospecting, qualifying and nurturing target leads whilst honing the required skills to move ultimately into running discovery calls, closing and negotiation ever large contracts as an AE.

You’ll work closely with our CEO Jack, Senior Account Executive Kieran and first SDR Reece on:

  • Prospecting — reaching out to target ICP, booking calls with them and finding faster more scalable ways of doing this via channels like email, LinkedIn, in person networking events and cold calls.
  • Qualifying — Conducting initial qualification and discovery calls with clients to ensure they meet our ICP and working directly with our CEO / Senior AE to convert them to closed deals.
  • Collateral — producing relevant marketing content and information to deliver to prospects to nurture them through the sales journey.
  • Reporting & Analysing — feeding back in market learnings from outbound efforts directly to the growth team to understand what’s working and what isn’t and brainstorming on new approaches.
  • Personal Development — we’re laser focused on building a high quality team and understand that involves giving every employee the time to learn and apply new skills on the job.

You’ll be a great fit if …

  • Have ideally 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of prospecting, building pipeline, and consistently hitting (or exceeding) quota.
  • Are a fast learner who takes feedback on board quickly and enjoys mastering new skills - with the ambition and potential to grow into an AE role over time.
  • Bring strong product and customer empathy: You naturally think from the customer’s perspective. You can quickly understand new ICPs. You write thoughtful, high-quality cold outbound emails that actually get replies.
  • Have an analytical, metrics-driven mindset: You track and manage your pipeline rigorously. You can diagnose what’s not working (messaging, channel, ICP, etc.) and iterate fast. You’re curious about and excited to learn new tools and platforms (e.g. Clay).
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership of your work.

Bonus points if you’ve:

  • Worked in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Had exposure to the market research space.
  • Got an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy building, testing, and improving systems.

You won’t be a great fit if …

  • You’re looking for a chill job or a strict 9-6.
  • You need a lot of structure, playbooks or hand-holding to succeed.
  • You’re focused on remote work.
  • You’re uncomfortable with ambiguity, fast change or messy environments.

Worried you don’t meet the criteria? Apply anyway — we’ll worry for you.
