About the job

CoLoop offers a unique, fast-paced environment for someone ambitious looking to learn and develop skills in sales and account management. While working at CoLoop your responsibilities will include:

  • Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Helping Customers Achieve Goals: Work with customers to achieve their desired outcomes by ensuring they have the resources and support they need to use a product or service effectively.
  • Monitoring Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer health indicators and create action plans to address issues that could negatively impact customer satisfaction.
  • Support and Onboarding: Support, onboard and check in with new customers to help them learn to use CoLoop effectively.
  • New Product Releases & Feedback: Generate excitement for new product releases and updates. Monitor their use, collect feedback and act as the voice of the customer internally.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Energetic and eager to learn, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Good to have qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales, customer service, or related role.
  • Interest in AI.
  • Experience in a consulting or SaaS business.
  • Expertise managing a CRM and providing support.
