Costa Coffee is hiring a Team Leader for a full-time role at our store. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate the team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence.
We offer flexible shifts, hourly pay of £13.75–£14.75 (location dependent), a 50% discount on food and drink, matched pension up to 10%, a Coca‑Cola share scheme and additional perks to support you both at work and outside.
