IKEA Reading is seeking a Keyworker – Early Years Practitioner to provide high-quality care and engaging play experiences for children aged 3–10 years. You will support the day-to-day operation of the crèche, in the Manager's absence, and ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and appropriate staffing are maintained.
