We are now looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the bank at Halcyon House, a nursing home based in Formby.

Pay:£25.65 p/h

You’lluse your clinical knowledge and expertise to develop and deliver tailored care plans for each of our valued elderly residents. Youwill pride yourself in taking personal responsibility for observingand assessing, and administeringappropriate treatments and medications.

In line with your casual (bank) worker assignment agreement, we offer competitive pay that is benchmarked regularly, and in line with those of our employed staff in similar roles. And depending on how many hours you work, you will accrue leave at an equivalent rate of 31days paid leave in a full calendar year, inclusive of bank/public holidays (pro rata).
About You
Asa professionally qualified nurse, you'll have a relevant degree or diploma, registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), with a current Personal Unique Identification Number (PIN). You will also need knowledge of CQC regulations.
Ideally you'll also have experience working in elderly care, but at the very least, you will have a deep understanding of the clinical and psychological needs of older people.
