Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.
We are currently seeking a Doorman to join our Front Door team at 5 Hertford Street, with the opportunity to earn up to £37,000 p/a!

Working Hours:
- 5 day working week between Monday – Saturday.
- 42.5 hours a week on a rota basis.
- Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
What you will do:
- To manage the flow of traffic outside the club, ensuring no traffic jams or congestion.
- To greet members on arrival, to open taxi/car doors and show them into the restaurant.
- To ensure the safety of all members and guests entering and leaving the restaurant.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Doorman/Security Officer.
- Valid SIA license.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
