Colonial Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our hospitality kitchen, working mainly from midday to 8pm. You will support our busy team with prep work and help mentor others to uphold high standards.
You’ll ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations, manage stock under budget, and maintain product knowledge and presentation quality. Previous kitchen experience is essential, and teamwork is key.
