About the role
We’re looking for a professional and passionateSpa Therapist to join our team.
You’ll deliver high-quality treatments and provide a welcoming, relaxing experience for our guests. You’ll take pride in delivering excellent service, maintaining high treatment standards and helping guests get the most from their spa experience.
Role highlights
- Maximum of three hours of massage treatments per day to support therapist wellbeing
- 5% commission on treatments performed
- 10% commission on retail products sold
- Ongoing opportunities to develop your treatment knowledge and skills
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a range of professional beauty and spa treatments
- Provide excellent guest service before, during and after treatments
- Maintain treatment rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests
- Follow hygiene, health and safety and treatment protocols
- Maintain accurate treatment and guest records
- Work collaboratively with the wider spa team
What we’re looking for
Essential
- NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional and welcoming approach
- High standards of hygiene and attention to detail
Desirable
- Previous experience working within a spa or beauty environment
- Experience recommending or selling spa retail products
