About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team.
You’ll help deliver high-quality food and memorable dining experiences for our guests, preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard while maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team and takes pride in delivering great food.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays as required.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Follow menus, recipes, portion control and presentation standards
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness standards
- Keep kitchen areas, equipment and workstations clean and organised
- Support food preparation, stock rotation and stock control
- Work effectively with the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
- Help ensure guests receive a consistently high‑quality dining experience
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
- A passion for producing high‑quality food
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen best practice
- The ability to work well in a busy team environment
- A positive, reliable and flexible approach
- Strong attention to detail and high standards
- Relevant food hygiene qualifications are desirable
