Colombo Kitchen is an award-winning Sri Lankan restaurant based in London/Surrey. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
- Confident in a busy kitchen and takes food safety, hygiene and standards seriously.
- Strong experience in a professional kitchen at Head Chef or Sous Chef level.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, allergen control, HACCP and kitchen safety.
- High standards in food preparation, presentation and cleanliness.
- Good organisation, stock control and kitchen management skills.
- A positive attitude and pride in maintaining a professional kitchen.
