Colombo Kitchen is an award-winning Sri Lankan restaurant based in London/Surrey. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who is confident in a busy kitchen and takes food safety, hygiene and standards seriously.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in a professional kitchen at Head Chef or Sous Chef level
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, allergen control, HACCP and kitchen safety
  • Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High standards in food preparation, presentation and cleanliness
  • Good organisation, stock control and kitchen management skills
  • A positive attitude and pride in maintaining a professional kitchen
