We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our community on a fixed term basis and help us continue our mission of providing the best possible outcomes for our students. Our school is a community in which we believe everyone, students and staff alike, should have the opportunity to be nourished and grow. Therefore, we are seeking to recruit a proactive and forward thinking member of staff to enrich the skills and experience already present in our SEND Team. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week (8:40am - 15:10pm, Monday to Friday). This role is 38 weeks per year (term time only, plus one additional day during the school holidays). This Learning Support Assistant Role is fixed term until 31st August 2030.
A Day in the Life:
- You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to aid the student(s) to learn as effectively as possible and to reach their full potential in whole class, group or individual situations.
- Ensuring the needs of new students are circulated to relevant staff.
- Contribute to reviews of the students’ progress.
