As a Science Teacher in one of our SEND schools in Birmingham, you will be responsible for delivering a modified science curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with other educators and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated science lessons that are accessible to students with a variety of special educational needs. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate individual learning styles and needs, ensuring that all students can engage with the curriculum. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENDCo and other professionals. Use a range of assessment methods to monitor and report on student progress, making adjustments to teaching methods as necessary.
