We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to work within school settings in the Moseley area. The successful candidate must have proven experience as a Site Manager in schools and a strong understanding of maintaining safe, secure, and well-managed educational environments.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of school premises, including security, health & safety, and maintenance
- Opening and closing the site, including alarm systems
- Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and liaising with contractors
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and school policies
- Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented facilities for staff, pupils, and visitors
- Supporting the smooth running of the school during term time and holidays
Essential Requirements

- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
