The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: * Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects * Manage classroom behaviour effectively * Ensure students remain engaged and on task * Provide support and guidance to pupils where required * Maintain a positive learning environment throughout the school day The Ideal Candidate Will Have * Previous experience working with secondary school students * Strong communication and classroom management skills * Confidence leading a classroom independently * A flexible and proactive attitude * An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Graduates and aspiring teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.
