Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding position in the Kings Heath area? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join one of our specialist SEN schools, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential part in supporting pupils both one-to-one and in small group settings. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils with personalised learning plans
- Helping develop communication, independence, and emotional regulation
- Adapting lessons and resources to meet individual needs
- Implementing positive behaviour strategies and supporting de-escalation
- Assisting with sensory activities, routines, and transitions

- At least 6 months’ experience working in UK schools
- Previous experience working in an SEN school setting
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- The ability to travel to the Kings Heath area reliably
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
