Colmore Education is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in South Birmingham to recruit a Humanities Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to deliver engaging Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 teaching depending on experience.

The Role

• Teaching Humanities subjects (History, Geography and/or RE depending on specialism)
• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons
• Assessing, tracking and supporting pupil progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contributing to departmental and whole-school development

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS (or equivalent)
• Has experience teaching Humanities at secondary level
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Is passionate about inspiring young people
• ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
