QTS Humanities Location: South Birmingham Employer: Secondary School (via Colmore Education) Contract: Full-time / Long-term / Temp-to-Perm opportunities Start Date: ASAP / Next Term Colmore Education is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in South Birmingham to recruit a Humanities Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to deliver engaging Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 teaching depending on experience. The Role * Teaching Humanities subjects (History, Geography and/or RE depending on specialism) * Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons * Assessing, tracking and supporting pupil progress * Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment * Contributing to departmental and whole-school development The Ideal Candidate * Holds QTS (or equivalent) * Has experience teaching Humanities at secondary level * Demonstrates strong classroom management skills * Is passionate about inspiring young people * ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
