Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building lasting relationships, developing new business, and managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake through to successful placement.
The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own desk, developing relationships with schools and education professionals, and delivering a high-quality recruitment service across the education sector. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and placement delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, and referrals.
- Source, interview, and register high-quality teaching and support staff.
