The Senior Account Director is a senior executive responsible for maximizing client retention and revenue expansion. Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C healthcare and MedTech clients

- Participate in key client meetings, including onboarding calls, escalation calls, and quarterly business reviews

- Support onboarding and training of new account team members following established processes
- Provide ongoing feedback and contribute to performance evaluations and development plans
- Operational & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Ensure account management processes and SOPs are followed consistently
- Monitor project timelines, client health, and profitability, escalating risks when needed
- Collaborate closely with project management, operations, and marketing teams to improve workflows and outcomes
- Use KPIs and performance data to inform recommendations and decision‑making
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management within a B2B marketing or digital agency
- Proven experience managing client relationships and marketing strategies
- Previous experience mentoring or leading junior team members
- Strong understanding of agency operations and project workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship‑building skills
